He was 16 months old. Taco died of heat stroke after being put in a hot van without air conditioning when it was over 100 degrees owner. The franchise owner and staff knew the air conditioning wasn’t working. He died within approximately 20 minutes from heat stroke. The franchise owner was arrested as being deemed “most culpable” in his death which was 100 percent preventable and is not being considered accidental. He is facing felony charges.
